I will keep fighting. I will keep fighting.
I will keep fighting. I will keep fighting.
I will keep fighting. I will keep fighting.
I will keep fighting. I will keep fighting.
I will keep fighting. I will keep fighting.
I will keep fighting. I will keep fighting.
I must.

Wise words. I’m learning that weight loss is more in your head than anywhere else.
Yes, I am seeing success. But this is just the beginning. I’m only a few months in. It takes at last six months for a real lifestyle change to be in place. And believe me, I’ve messed up a lot. It’s been a whole month of mess ups since December. But I haven’t given up. And I think that I will see success and maintain it. I have a newfound hope for it. Why? Because I finally believe in it. I believe in my methods. I’m not dieting just to diet. I’m not exercise just to lose weight. I ENJOY exercise and I feel awful without it. I hate myself after I binge and slowly but surely, excessive consumption just isn’t worth it anymore.
This process has to be for you. And it has to be something you believe in wholeheartedly. Your mind and your body are so much wiser than you think. Don’t try to fool yourself. You either believe in your changes or you will fail. It’s time to look inside yourself.
I wish you all the best<3

I’m no professional, let me start with that. But I HAVE done my research and I have had a lot of experiences throughout my own weight loss journey, so I’m happy to share my opinions and experiences.
I’ve learned a lot these past few years. Don’t hesitate to respond to this or send me a message in my ask box if you have any questions!

Believe me, I know how hard it can be to workout some days. I know that there are times where you just aren’t up to it. Where you’d rather do anything else.
Thing is, though (and I’m sure you’ve seen this quote before): You’ll never regret a workout. You WILL regret not going, though.
So on the days where you really don’t feel like exercising (assuming you’re HEALTHY and not sick), tell yourself that you’re going to do an easy, light workout. It’s better than nothing. Take it easy- just move and enjoy it. Chances are, you’ll be motivated to kick some ass once you finally get there ;)

I’m re-emphasizing this:
Weight loss is not standardized. You have to put together a strategy. Do your research, look within yourself and understand yourself. Cater your program to YOU. I firmly believe that, once you do that, you will find success.
