I've never done something like this before. As a psych major, though, I know the power of social support. I've officially convinced myself to seek the guidance and support of the thousands of people out there who are going through the same thing I am.

Everyone has their own method. Some don't eat at all, some insist exercise is the only answer and food is irrelevant. I'm somewhere in between. This Tumblr will consist more of inspirational posts than Thinspo photos, but I'll throw some photos in as well.
