I've never done something like this before. As a psych major, though, I know the power of social support. I've officially convinced myself to seek the guidance and support of the thousands of people out there who are going through the same thing I am.

Fucking hate today.

Feel so fat and nasty. Can’t wait to be on my own again so I can finally start controlling the food that’s in front of me!
