Gained a couple pounds while at home.
Not too surprised. I’m not totally mad about it but it is a little frustrating. I’ve made some incredible choices while at home and have behaved better than ever before… But I’ve also made some really unwise and regrettable choices, too.
Can’t wait to get back to my own place and really focus again.
On a different note, I think the key is to go a couple pounds BELOW your goal weight. In my opinion, you’re ultimately going to put on a couple of pounds after you reach your target number (I see it in almost everyone), so at least if you aim low, you’ll end up right where you wanted to be =) I think that’s going to be my approach, at least.
