Fucking hate today.

Gained a couple pounds while at home.
Not too surprised. I’m not totally mad about it but it is a little frustrating. I’ve made some incredible choices while at home and have behaved better than ever before… But I’ve also made some really unwise and regrettable choices, too.
Can’t wait to get back to my own place and really focus again.
On a different note, I think the key is to go a couple pounds BELOW...

Feeling so good...
Took a kickboxing class today. Love it. I feel so good about myself. It’s fun, it’s active, and it’s a CLASS so I HAVE to go and I CAN’T give up!
Burned 450 calories in 1 hour. That’s hard to beat!
If you’re a member of a local gym, I highly recommend going to these classes. It keeps your workouts consistent, fun, and DIFFERENT!
