Gonna try to flush out my system
Going on a (hopefully long) walk w my friends to help w digestion and I’m drinking water non-stop until 5pm. Then I’m just gonna let my body pee it all out. By 8pm I should be fairly de-bloated I hope :) I’m already feeling better.
As for food… Keeping it light. Munching on small, healthy snacks til dinner.

whyyyyy must i get my end-of-period binge cravings THE DAY OF NEW YEARS EVE!? y’know…. just a few hours before i have to slip on my super tight dress!?

I've definitely made progress...
but my fuckin gut still lingers. It’s always the last to go. It’s for no reason other than the fact that I am too often eating the WRONG foods.

Gauge Yourself
Eating has to be strategized. If you’re going out to a big dinner, eat a regular breakfast and then have small, frequent snacks until dinner or a really small lunch. Wear a nice, loose outfit for dinner so you can enjoy yourself. DON’T overindulge, but allow yourself a 600 calorie meal since youve left room for it during the day.

When a craving hits:
1. If you have to ask yourself whether or not you should eat it, chances are you SHOULDN’T eat it.
2. If you really really want it, tell yourself you can have it… in 15 minutes. Step away for 10 to 15 minutes and see if you still want it. If you do, at least you tried. Most likely though, you’ll realize you can live without it.

holy mother of god...
Just had an entree of moist chocolate chip cookies, snickerdoodle cookies, and coffee cake all staring at me in the face for thirty minutes. It took every ounce of my willpower and energy to fight it. For one of the first times EVER, I was able to AVOID eating ANY!!!

Almost at 100%
Gym was way better today. It’s awesome noticing my body get stronger. Just as a reminder, I’ve been sick for the past week so by stronger I just mean that I’m recovering. It’s nice because the no whole gym thing was really starting to make me crazy lol.

Leave a Calorie Buffer
So one way that I think can be an effective way to stay within your calorie limit is to leave a small buffer for yourself. For example, if your calorie limit each day is 1200, try to eat about 900 so that you have a nice buffer. You might get a little hungry or dinner might be a little bigger than expected, this is a great way to make sure you don’t exceed your limit when things like that...

Today was okay...
Overdid it a bit on the dinner. Ate more of it so that I wouldn’t try to fill up on crap afterwards. I kind of had “dessert” just to have it, though. Dessert was yogurt and a luna bar.
